AJ Dybantsa is the first BYU basketball signee to play in the McDonald’s All-American Game since 2000.
The heralded five-star prospect will take center stage in the nation’s top All-American game for high school players.

Dybantsa (Dee-bonn-sa) is the No. 1 recruit in the 2025 cycle. He leads the talented rosters that boast the top 15 players in the 247Sports Composite rankings for 2025.
The McDonald’s All-American Game will occur at the Barclays Center in New York. It will be a doubleheader: The Girls’ All-American game will tip off at 5:30 p.m. (MDT) on ESPN2, followed by the Boys’ game featuring AJ Dybantsa at 7 p.m. (MDT) on ESPN.
“It’s just a blessing being a McDonald’s All-American,” Dybantsa said. “I’ve seen a lot of greats, a lot of high school players I look up to, and become them. I’ve watched previous games, so it’s just a blessing being in this position.”
