BYU Football Offers Corner Canyon’s Micah Wilson, Brother To Zach Wilson

PROVO, Utah – Could there be a third member of the Wilson family to join the BYU football program? The Cougars would like to see that as they offered Corner Canyon’s Micah Wilson, a linebacker in the class of 2022.
Wilson is the younger brother to BYU star quarterback Zach Wilson and fellow linebacker Josh Wilson.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Wilson racked up 133 tackles during Corner Canyon’s dominant 14-0 state championship season this past fall. Wilson’s 133 tackles were second on the team behind junior Harrison Taggart, who had 140.
To go with his 133 tackles, Wilson also had three pass deflections, two fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles. His play as a junior earned him a second-team All-State recognition from MaxPreps.com.
BYU is currently the lone reported offer from the younger Wilson, according to his 247Sports player profile.

Micah won’t be the only member of the Wilson family to watch at Corner Canyon next season. The Chargers have another Wilson at quarterback next season in Isaac Wilson, a varsity roster member this past year as a ninth-grader. He was a backup to USC signee Jaxson Dart. Wilson is a recruit in the class of 2024.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, college programs remain in a “dead period” for recruiting that runs through April 15. During a dead period, college coaches may not have face-to-face contact with recruits or their parents. Visits to recruits high schools are also not permitted. Contact over the phone and through the mail are permitted during a dead period.
