First Quarter
Both defenses held serve in the first period as the offenses tried to find an opening.
Junior Dart two-way star Bode Sparrow gave his team an extra possession and ended a potential Silverwolves scoring drive with an interception midway through the period.

A missed tackle in the Davis secondary allowed Fremont to answer on the next drive.
Slade Parker elevated to catch a deep ball inside the 20-yard line and eluded a would-be tackler before scampering into the end zone.

Fremont wasn’t ready to pack it in.
The Silverwolves used a big pass play to advance into the Davis side of the field. Tuatagaloa then got Tennessee commit Salesi Moa involved with a short touchdown pass.

The Silverwolves seized momentum when they recovered an onside kick near midfield with 3:11 left.
Another desperate, deep-ball gave Fremont possession in the red zone. Tuatagaloa hit Moa in the corner of the end zone, tying the game at 28 with 47 seconds left.
Moa was flagged for a personal foul, taunting penalty after the touchdown. The penalty forced Fremont back 15 yards and cost the team a chance at a two-point conversion.
Overtime
Davis took the football first in OT.
Bessinger and Baggett finished the drive with the third scoring pass of the night between the two. A bad snap kept the score 34-28 with Fremont taking the football.

The Darts brought the house, but Fremont’s kicker calmly split the uprights for a 35-34 win.
