Jaylen Warren Turns First Forced Turnover By Utah State Into Big Touchdown Run

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State running back Jaylen Warren took advantage of the first forced turnover by the Aggie defense and turned it into a big touchdown run.

The Aggies hosted the Fresno State Bulldogs at Maverik Stadium on Saturday, November 14.
Early in the opening quarter, Fresno State was driving for a potential score when Utah State defensive back Shaq Bond picked off Jake Haener in the red zone.
It was the first turnover forced by the USU defense in 2020.

On the following play, which was Utah State’s first of the contest, Warren broke loose for an 86-yard touchdown run.
It was the longest touchdown run by an Aggie running back in the last eight years.

Warren’s run was followed up by a missed extra point. After the score, Utah State took a 6-0 lead over Fresno State with 11:02 left in the first quarter.
