ATLANTA – The Utah Jazz were no match for the high-powered Atlanta Hawks offense in a 147-134 loss at State Farm Arena on Sunday.
Utah became the first NBA team in 35 years to allow its opponents to score over 140 points in three straight games. On Friday, the Pacers dropped exactly 140 on the Jazz just two days after the Rockets scored 143.
Against the Hawks, Keyonte George led the way for Utah with a career-high 35 points. Collin Sexton added 27, and three other Jazzmen scored in double figures.
The Jazz have just one more road game on their schedule. First, a quick two-game homestand against Portland and Oklahoma City.

This is the 10th time a team has scored at least 80 points in the first half of a game this season.
Jazz and Warriors are the only teams that have allowed it to happen twice.
Clippers also hung 81 on the Jazz in December in what was probably their worst performance this year.

The @utahjazz are the first team in 35 years to allow opponents to score over 140 points in three straight games.
It’s only happened five times in NBA history.
Nuggets have done it three times, while the Cincinnati Royals and San Francisco Warriors also did it.
