Utah Jazz Return For Post All-Star Break Stretch

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – After a week and a half off, the Utah Jazz return from the NBA All-Star break against the San Antonio Spurs.

The Jazz host the Spurs at Vivint Smart Home Arena for their first game in nine days on Friday, February 21.

Utah enters the game against San Antonio with a 36-18 record, good for fourth place in the Western Conference.

Remaining Schedule Not Too Difficult

The Jazz are in the middle of the pack amongst NBA teams when it comes to strength of schedule for their remaining 28 games of the season. During its final stretch of games, Utah owns the No. 15 ranked SOS in the league according to Tankathon.

During the final 28 games of the 2019-20 regular season, the Jazz play:

  • 16 home games (7 against currently projected playoff teams)
  • 12 road games (6 against currently projected playoff teams)

According to Tankathon, Utah’s hardest remaining games are:

  • vs. Los Angeles Lakers on March 16
  • @ Los Angeles Lakers on March 18
  • vs. Toronto Raptors on March 9
  • vs. Boston Celtics on February 26
  • @ Boston Celtics March 6
  • @ Denver Nuggets on April 5

The easiest games left on the Jazz’s schedule are:

  • vs. Cleveland Cavaliers on April 1
  • vs. Atlanta Hawks on March 28
  • vs. Minnesota Timberwolves on March 20
