ORLANDO, Fla. – Mike Conley and Rudy Gobert combined for 38 points as the Utah Jazz beat the Brooklyn Nets 112-107 in the final scrimmage in the NBA bubble in Orlando.

Rudy Gobert led the Jazz with 20 points, including 15 points in the first half, along with 7 rebounds and one block. He shot 6 of 8 from the field and 8 for 10 from the free throw line in 22 minutes.

Mike Conley added 18 points on 7 of 11 field goal shooting and 4 for 6 from beyond the arc.

Donovan Mitchell chipped in 14 points, Jordan Clarkson scored 12 points off the bench and Royce O’Neale had 4 points and 10 rebounds.

Three-Point Shooting

The Jazz had a hot start from the three-point line by hitting 6 triples in the first quarter. They finished with 13 three-pointers made on 35 attempts for 37 percent from the field.

Mike Conley knocked down four 3’s. Mitchell and Clarkson each made three triples apiece. Joe Ingles connected on two of his six attempts from beyond the arc and Tony Bradley made one at the top of the arc.

The Nets made 10 of their 28 attempts for 35 percent from the three-point line.

Nets Nearly Complete Comeback

The Jazz had a 105-103 lead and the Nets had two opportunities to tie or take the lead with just over one minute remaining in the game. But, Brooklyn missed two free throws and committed a turnover while Justin Wright-Foreman made a layup in transition to take a four-point advantage with 45 seconds left.

Brooklyn scored on the following possession to pull within two points. On Utah’s next possession, Wright-Foreman made an impressive layup in traffic while getting fouled. He put the game away after making the free throw.

Four Nets players scored in double figures, led by Caris LeVert with 23 points. Jarrett Allen notched a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Rodions Kurucs chipped in 13 and Tyler Jonson scored 11 points.

The Jazz end the scrimmage portion of the NBA restart with a 2-1 record. They will now turn their attention to the official restart of the 2019-20 season when they face the New Orleans Pelicans. The game will tip-off on Thursday, July 30 at 4:30 p.m. MT on TNT and AT&T SportsNet.
