SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz dominated the Sacramento Kings behind four players scoring 20 points or more and Rudy Gobert’s dominating performance.

The Jazz hosted the Kings at Vivint Smart Home Arena on Saturday, January 18.

Four Jazzmen scored 20+ against the Kings led by forward Bojan Bogdanovic’s 30 points.

Utah center Rudy Gobert has been playing like an all-star in recent games and posted 28 points on 9-11 field goals.

Jazz guards Donovan Mitchell and Jordan Clarkson scored 22 and 20 points respectively.

The Jazz got things rolling early in the first quarter. Utah held a 38-22 advantage at the end of the opening 12 minutes of play and the Kings weren’t able to recover.

Utah’s starting lineup dominated the game and the Jazz bench scored 39 points to maintain the Jazz’s lead with the starters on the pine.

Bogdanovic shot 10-15 on field goals including 6-9 from behind the arc. It was the ninth team this season that the forward has gone for 30 points or more.

Gobert pulled down 15 rebounds for his 31st double-double of the season. He recorded a team-high plus-minus rating of +32.

Mitchell went 6-18 from the field and 3-11 from downtown.

Clarkson’s 20 points came on 8-13 shooting to lead Utah’s second unit.

Jazz point guard Mike Conely returned from missing a month with a hamstring injury. Conley scored three points on limited minutes.

The Jazz shot 50.6 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from behind the arc.

Utah outrebounded the Kings 47-37.

De’Aaron Fox led Sacramento with 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists.

With the win, the Jazz improved to 16-3 at home and 29-13 overall this season.

Sacramento fell to 15-27 and 7-14 away from the Golden 1 Center.

Utah won’t face the Kings during the rest of the 2019-20 regular season slate of games and won the season series 2-1.

The Jazz return to action when they host the Indiana Pacers on Monday, January 20 at 7 p.m. (MDT).
