Clarkson Makes Four-Point Play, Scores In Double Figures In First Half

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The newest addition to the Utah Jazz is already making an impact against the Los Angeles Clippers in just his second game.
In the second quarter, Jordan Clarkson made a three-pointer while getting fouled and completed the four-point play after making the free throw. It sparked an 8-0 run for the Jazz and Clarkson was up to 13 points in 14 minutes and was leading the Jazz in scoring and was one of two players in double figures. He shot 5-8 from the field, 1-4 from beyond the arc in 14 minutes off the bench.
The Jazz trailed the Clippers 63-61 at the half.

On the four-point play, Clarkson went around a screen from Rudy Gobert and spotted up for a three-pointer when the shot clock ran down and Ivica Zubac ran out to contest and fouled Clarkson.
The veteran guard appeared in just his second game for the Jazz after being traded by the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for two future second round picks and Dante Exum. In his first game with the Jazz in their win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday night, Clarkson had 9 points on 4-12 shooting from the field.
