Dolphins Linebacker Kyle Van Noy Reveals His Offseason Plans

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current Miami Dolphins linebacker Kyle Van Noy unveiled his plans for the NFL offseason.
The two-time Super Bowl champ discussed how he planned to use his time off during an interview on the Pat McAfee Show.
Van Noy said that his offseason plans include: streaming video games, learning the Spanish language, and investing in cryptocurrencies.

Unfortunately for Van Noy, this offseason will be a little longer than some of the ones he’s experienced in the past.
Miami failed to make the postseason, unlike some of Van Noy’s teams that reached the postseason and made it all the way to the NFL’s championship game.

2020 was Van Noy’s first season with the Dolphins, who finished with an 10-6 record and narrowly missed the playoffs.
The former BYU linebacker finished the season with 69 total tackles, 46 solo tackles, six sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and six pass breakups.

During Van Noy’s eight NFL seasons, he’s played for the Detroit Lions, New England Patriots, and Dolphins.
He owns career stats of 358 total tackles, 246 solo tackles, 23.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles, six fumble recoveries, two interceptions, and 16 pass breakups.

In 2021, Van Noy will enter the second season of a four-year, $51 million deal he signed with Miami last offseason.
Hopefully next season Van Noy will say, “Bienvenido a los playoffs, Miami.”
