The highest-rated player is predictable if you are tuned into locals in the NFL.
Former BYU Cougar linebacker Fred Warner tops the list at a 97 overall. He is the highest-rated linebacker in the game by a considerable margin. Baltimore’s Roquan Smith comes in second with a 94 overall.
Just behind Warner is Desert Hills standout and Detroit’s All-Pro tackle Penei Sewell. At a 96 overall, he’s tied for the third-highest ranked offensive lineman.
The next highest rated local is another linebacker. Former Utah State star Bobby Wagner checks in at a 91 overall. He is the last local rated 90 or higher.

In total, there are 12 locals rated 80 or higher and three more to crack the 90 overall club.
