SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz torched the net for a franchise-record from beyond the arc during the first quarter against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Bucks hosted the Jazz on Friday, January 8.
During the first 12 minutes of action, Utah connected on a quarter record nine triples. The Jazz shot 9/17 from deep and took 17 of their 21 field goal attempts from three.
Jazzmen Jordan Clarkson, Mike Conley, Royce O’Neale, Donovan Mitchell, and Bojan Bogdanovic each buried shots from downtown.

Clarkson led the team with a trio of makes from distance. At the end of the opening quarter, Clarkson had a team-high nine points on 3-5 shooting.

The Jazz owned a 34-31 lead at the end of the opening quarter of action.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 16 points during the quarter.
