Report: Utah Jazz Trade Center Tony Bradley, No. 38 Pick To Detroit Pistons

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz reportedly traded center Tony Bradley and the No. 38 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft to the Detroit Pistons for “future considerations.”
The reported move occurred during the NBA Draft on Wednesday, November 18, and followed Utah’s selection of Kansas center Udoka Azubuike with the No. 27 pick.
“The Utah Jazz have agreed to trade C Tony Bradley and the 38th pick to the Detroit Pistons for future considerations, sources tell ESPN,” tweeted NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

By trading away the No. 38 pick, the Jazz no longer owned a second round pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.
Bradley’s departure leaves Azubuike, Rudy Gobert, and Ed Davis as the only centers on the Jazz roster.
About Tony Bradley
Prior to his time in the NBA, Bradley played for the North Carolina Tar Heels and won a national championship in the NCAA Tournament.
The former Tar Heels center was originally by the Los Angeles Lakers with the No. 28 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.
Bradley was traded to the Jazz in a draft-night deal.
He first signed with Utah on July 5, 2017, and made his professional debut later than year on November 5.
During his three seasons with the Jazz, Bradley averaged 4.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, 0.4 assists, and 0.5 blocks in 10.4 minutes per game.

Bradley appeared in 70 games with Utah, including three starts. 58 of Bradley’s appearances took place during the 2019-20 season.
