SALT LAKE CITY-Β The Utah Jazz are coming in on the home stretch of the 2024-2025 regular season, playing their second-to-last home game of the season against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Utah was down to Portland early, but a surge late in the first quarter pulled them closer. Part of that surge was an elite assist from Svi Mykhailiuk.
Svi Mykhailiuk found himself caught in a double team as he dribbled with his left hand toward the baseline. Blocking his way to the lane was 6’7 Jabari Walker. A pass over Walker’s arms was impossible, so Svi looked low, throwing a bounce pass between Jabari’s legs to a wide-open Oscar Tshiebwe for the layup.
