Jazz Face Suns To Open Three-Game Road Trip

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz will travel to Phoenix to face the Suns on the front end of a three-game road trip.
The Jazz will face the Clippers on Saturday in Los Angeles before finishing the trip against the Lakers.

ESPN Drops Jazz, Suns National Broadcast
Friday’s game was originally set to be broadcast on ESPN, but the network dropped the game while adding the Lakers matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Saturday.
ESPN had hoped to air Luka Doncic’s Lakers debut on Saturday, but the latest reports out of Los Angeles indicate the superstar will make his debut on Monday against Utah.
The matchup between the Jazz and Phoenix is the first for both teams since Thursday’s NBA trade deadline.

Utah acquired forward KJ Martin in the deal, though the 24-year-old will not be in uniform against the Suns.

Despite being at the center of several blockbuster trade rumors, Phoenix had a relatively quiet deadline as they unloaded disgruntled center Jusuf Nurkic in a trade with the Charlotte Hornets.
