Northern Utah High School Basketball Players of the Week – Week 3

SALT LAKE CITY—The John Watson Northern Utah High School Player of the Week is celebrating the best high school basketball players in Northern Utah. Presented by John Watson Chevrolet in Ogden, each week, we honor athletes for their exceptional performance on the hardwood. Our winners for week three were two Weber Warriors. Ben Olpin won on the boys’ side, with Rylee Jugler earning the girls’ award.
Northern Utah Players of the Week – Three
Olpin helped lead Weber to a trio of wins. He scored 24 in a win over Box Elder and 17 points against Northridge. Olpin ended the week with 13 points at Bonneville.
Weber’s girls team completed a 2-0 week, with Jugler scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Roy. She ended the week with 15 points in a win over Cyprus.
