Utah’s offensive line will include a new starter
Starting offensive right guard Michael Mokofisi is not expected to be available today. Mokofisi struggled mightily last week and it seems an injury played a role in that.
In his place, Utah will start Falcon Kaumatule, who filled in for Mokofisi last week. Kaumatule has largely worked as an offensive tackle but has cross-trained inside as well.

Good and bad injury news for Utah defense
Connor O’Toole was close to returning last week and will be close again today. There were indications throughout the week and early Saturday that suggested he would play vs TCU but then did not suit up last week. It’s a similar situation today but O’Toole appears ready to go today.
Utah looks like they will get back not one but two Fotu’s today. Defensive tackle, Tevita Fotu and linebacker Sione Fotu are believed to be available for the Utes.
At defensive tackle, Junior Tafuna did not suit up last week after being deemed medically ineligible to play last week but was a non-football-related issue. The belief was that he would return to action today as Tafuna did travel with the team to Houston but he does not appear to be available for the Utes today.
Keanu Tanuvasa has battled injuries over the last few weeks. Despite a strong performance against TCU, Tanuvasa was clearly hobbled. He is not expected to be available for Utah today.
