15 Utah Football Players Named To All-Pac-12 Teams

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah football program was well-represented when the Pac-12 released the All-Conference teams on Tuesday afternoon.
On the two All-Pac-12 teams that were released, along with the honorable mentions, Utah had 15 players selected.
The Utes had the most first team selections with six, including quarterback Cameron Rising, running back Tavion Thomas, offensive lineman Nick Ford, defensive end Mika Tafua, linebacker Devin Lloyd and return specialist Britain Covey.

It’s the first all-conference selection for Rising and Thomas. Ford and Lloyd received their second All-Pac-12 selection and Covey three times.
Four players were named All-Pac-12 second team, including tight end Brant Kuithe, offensive linemen Bamidele Olaseni and Braeden Daniels, and cornerback Clark Phillips III. It’s the first All-Pac-12 selection for all four players.
Safeties Cole Bishop and Vonte Davis, tight end Dalton Kincaid, offensive lineman Sataoa Laumea and linebacker Nephi Sewell were named honorable mention.
