Utah Jazz Have Three Games Rescheduled After LA Fires

SALT LAKE CITY—The Utah Jazz will have three games rescheduled due to the Los Angeles wildfires.
In total, the NBA is rescheduling nine games on its docket to accommodate contests canceled due to weather-related delays.

Jazz Have Three Games Rescheduled After LA Fires
Though the Jazz didn’t have any games directly postponed as a result of the fires, the league altered its schedule to accommodate the teams who did.
The changes begin next week when the Jazz’s home game against the Washington Wizards has been moved from Thursday, January 23 to Wednesday, March 19.
The Jazz’s road game against the Los Angeles Lakers scheduled for Tuesday, February 11 has been moved to Monday, February 10.

Finally, the team’s home game against the Los Angeles Clippers originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 has been moved up to Thursday, February 13.
The game against the Clippers will shorten the Jazz’s All-Star break from eight days to seven days.

As of January 15, the Jazz own a record of 10-28, second-worst in the Western Conference, and fifth-worst in the NBA overall.
The Jazz’s regular season schedule will end on April 13 as planned.
