Eubanks signed a two-year, $9.75 million with the Jazz in July. The second year of the contract is non-guaranteed.
Mills averaged 4.4 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 17 appearances with the Jazz off the bench.
The 16-year veteran is on a one-year, $2 million contract.
Who Are PJ Tucker and Mo Bamba?
Tucker is being traded to the Jazz after a tumultuous tenure with the Clippers.
The 13-year veteran was traded to Los Angeles with James Harden in 2023, but rarely saw the floor during his first season with the team.
Tucker publicly requested a trade before the 2024 trade deadline but the Clippers were unable to find a suitor.
Though under contract, the 39-year-old has not been with the Clippers throughout the 2024-25 season as the franchise worked to find a trade for the disgruntled forward.
Tucker is owed $11.5 million this season.
The trade not only brings the LA Clippers below the luxury tax but gives them optionally at the deadline and buyout market.
The Clippers are now $4M below the tax and have enough flexibility below the first apron.
Tucker, Bamba and Mills are on expiring contracts.

Bamba signed a one-year, veteran minimum deal with the Clippers in 2024 and has averaged 4.6 points and 4.3 rebounds in 28 appearances this season.
The center was the sixth overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. During his seven-year career, Bamba has played for the Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Clippers.

The Jazz will also receive a future second-round pick, and cash in the trade.
There’s a strong likelihood that neither Tucker nor Bamba ever takes the floor for the Jazz. If the Jazz buyout both Tucker and Bamba, they will clear two spots on their 15-man roster.
When Is The NBA Trade Deadline?
The NBA Trade Deadline is at 1 pm MST on February 6.
