MEMPHIS – In the second quarter against the Memphis Grizzlies, Utah Jazz center Drew Eubanks was ejected after a collision with rookie Zach Edey.
Eubanks went to crash the boards and made no effort to avoid the big man. After a video review, Eubanks was sent back to the locker room.

The call was “speeding up to deliver a non-basketball hit.” Prior to his ejection, Eubanks posted four points and one offensive rebound.
At the time of the foul, the Jazz trailed 46-35.
With Utah’s backup center no longer available, Walker Kessler and Kyle Filipowski are options for extended minutes.
Jazz Look For Road Vengeance In Memphis
The Utah Jazz enter the fourth and final game of their road trip with an 0-3 record after back-to-back losses in New Orleans and a loss in Oklahoma City. They have one more chance to make sure they don’t return home empty-handed as they take on the Memphis Grizzlies.
To add some extra fuel to the fire, the last time Utah and Memphis faced off was in the season opener when the Grizzlies stole a two-point win on the Jazz’s home court.
Jordan Clarkson, John Collins, Johnny Juzang, Cody Williams, and Taylor Hendricks are all out for the Saturday night matchup.
