Former BYU DL Corbin Kaufusi Joins His Older Brother On New York Jets

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – Former BYU defensive lineman Corbin Kaufusi was added to the New York Jets practice squad. Kaufusi joined his older brother, Bronson, who was already a member of the Jets’ practice squad.
The Jets announced the addition of Corbin to their practice squad on Tuesday, October 15.
The Kaufusi brothers joined the Jet’s practice squad a week apart. Bronson was signed to the practice squad days after New York cut him from the active roster.

Corbin joined his older brother along with Harvey Langi as former members of the Cougars’ football program that are now a part of the New York franchise.
The Jets are currently 1-4 this season. Their first win of the season came on Sunday, October 13 after starting the season 0-4.

The former Cougar spent time with the New Orleans Saints after going undrafted following the 2019 NFL Draft.
Corbin played at BYU from 2016-18. During his college career, he posted 154 total tackles, 17 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles.
