Mass substitutions occurred as team blue brought Townsend Tripple, Max Triplett, and Elijah Crawford.

Mihailo Boskovic, Jared McGregor, and Brody Kozlowski checked into the game for the white team. White 10, Blue 6.

11:51 – Kanon Catchings smooth stroke for a corner three. His length is going to cause some mismatches for opponents this season.

Late addition Mihailo Boskovic provided some strong minutes in his first handful of possessions, highlighted by a wide-open three at the top of the key.

True freshman Brody Kozlowski air-balled a three-pointer in the corner.

Elijah Crawford dished out an excellent assistance in finding an open Trey Stewart in the corner for another three. Blue 16, White 14.

8:53 – Egor Demin missed his second three-point attempt of the night.

On the opposite end, for team white, Boskovic nearly had a poster and-one dunk on Keita. He couldn’t quite finish. Boskovic then knocked down a pair of free throws to complete the possession.

Dallin Hall dribbled baseline and found a cutting Mag in the pain for a layup.

On team white’s next possession, Boskovic ran into Traore on a play but then recovered to kick out to the wing, Hall found him, and Boskovic knocked down the three.

Dallin Hall missed a three-pointer, but Richie Saunders’ effort kept the possession alive for Team White and he finished off the possession with a layup.

After Saunders missed a layup, Max Triplett gathered the rebound and dished an outlet to Demin, who got out on the run and found Stewart for an open three.

Trevin Knell was off to a cold start in the scrimmage. He missed his first six three-point attempts. Blue 32, White 32

Traore ended Blue’s 9-0 run with a layup after gathering an offensive rebound off a Hall missed shot.

Keita had an explosive putback slam dunk off a missed corner three by Knell. The former Utah big man was a coveted five-man Kevin Young wanted in his system.

Dallin Hall knocked down his first three-pointer and field goal of the game.

On the next possession for Team Blue, Demin dished out his fourth assist to Keita, who had a high-flying dunk with authority.

Keita kept going to work with a three-point play in the old-fashioned way against Boskovic.

Fousseyni Traore buried a jumper in the paint to reach a double-double in the first half with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Halftime: Blue 49, White 39
