PROVO, Utah – BYU wide receiver Chase Roberts is one of the top pass-catchers in EA Sports College Football 26.
The annual video game is in its second edition on the current-generation consoles. Like last year’s much-anticipated return of the series, the game boasts a mode called “Ultimate Team.”
In “Ultimate Team,” players build a custom team featuring current players and legends.
Each week, EA Sports releases a content schedule for Ultimate Team, featuring a batch of new “cards” that players can obtain through Ultimate Team packs or the marketplace.

LTD cards are some of the rarest players in College Football 26 Ultimate Team.
Chase Roberts lands “Mainstays” card in EA Sports College Football 26 Ultimate Team
Chase Roberts is among the players getting one of those rare cards for players to obtain in the game.
Roberts is part of the “Mainstays” drop in College Football 26. Mainstays are players who have been key players spanning multiple years with their universities.
Roberts fits that billing as he has led BYU football in receiving yards the past two seasons.
The LTD edition of Roberts will be an 89 overall, which would make him tied for the highest-rated wide receiver in Ultimate Team mode. He boasts an 88 rating in speed.
The card art with Roberts features a picture of him from last season’s win at UCF in Orlando last October.
The other limited-time drop among the “Mainstays” is former Stanford running back Toby Gerhart.
Last season, EA Sports had some rare BYU Ultimate Team cards with center Connor Pay, linebacker Isaiah Glasker, and former greats Steve Young, Kyle Van Noy, and Fred Warner.
Before the release of College Football 25, Roberts signed an endorsement with EA Sports that made him an “EA Athlete” in the video game series.
