LOGAN, Utah- Selection Sunday is finally here, and after an exciting regular season campaign, the Utah State Aggies finished with a record of 25-6 and entered the Mountain West Tournament as the No. 3 seed.
The Aggies topped UNLV in the quarterfinals, avenging their January loss, but their Mountain West Tournament run ended in the semifinals with a loss to Colorado State, their second to the Rams in less than two weeks.
Despite not snagging the automatic bid, Utah State has built an NCAA Tournament-worthy resume since November and the Aggies are going dancing for the third year in a row, via an at-large bid.
